Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actress from America. She is most famous for her role as Skyler White in The AMC drama series Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actress in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Her other appearances comprise Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn began acting as an infant as a child in Sante Fe New Mexico. After that, her family relocated to Ohio, where she continued her passion for performing on stage. She attended the British American Drama Academy and was a theatre student in the theatre department at Northwestern University. Anna began her career in Chicago-area theatres for a couple of years. She then moved on to TV and film. Anna had her biggest break in the year 1992, when she portrayed Arden for the duration of 29 episodes on Down the Shore. She also guest-starred on the show. appeared in Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it was only in the latter part of 1990 that she took on a role in The Practice. In 2000, she was cast in Deadwood as Martha Bullock for two full seasons. Skyler is Her Breaking Bad role from 2008. Sully is the Deadwood film and other films also featured her. Gunn played a role in the David Schwimmer directed film Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn also participated in an audio-play podcast called "Numbered days". Breaking Bad is often centered around the love story between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their conflicted relationship and their eventual break up echoes last years of Walter White's story.
